The Moving Mountains 5K for Adoption is Sunday, November 1, at 11:30am at Aberdeen Elementary School. 100 percent of race profits go to the Faithful Bible Church Adoption and Orphan Care Fund.
The Faithful Bible Church Adoption and Orphan Care Fund supplies grants and scholarships for adopting families and the precious children they bring home. Since our first Moving Mountains 5K in 2022, Faithful Bible Church has given away $32,098 in adoption and foster grants! We raised $11,000 in our 2022 5K and $16,000 in our 2024 5K for our adoption fund, and our goal is $25,000 this year. We have helped bring five children home through adoption grants and an additional four children through other medical or foster care grants! Your support of this race literally changes and transforms lives.
Registration for the Moving Mountains 5K is totally FREE! (You will register all runners below. This is a family-friendly course, and runners and walkers of all ages, as well as strollers and mobility devices, are welcome!) Registration closes October 30th. We will award prizes to the top male and female performers in multiple age categories.
To sponsor a runner, simply make a donation on this site. Make sure to list the runner in the "On Behalf Of" category of the donation page so that runner receives credit!
