PLEASE DO NOT SELECT ALL MEETS UNLESS YOU KNOW YOU WILL ATTEND ALL OF THEM. ON SOME EVENINGS, WE HAVE HAD AS MANY AS 300 NO-SHOWS (PARTICIPANTS WHO REGISTERED AND DID NOT ATTEND); NO-SHOWS TAKE SLOTS AWAY FROM PARTICIPANTS WHO ARE READY AND WILLING TO PARTICIPATE.
YOUTH RUNNERS ARE FREE!! So that we can continue to provide free track & field meets to all, we ask that, if able, you make a $5 donation. For all the information about the meets including events, times, etc. please visit www.mrctrack.com [http://www.mrctrack.com]
For registration/pricing purposes youth are all those under the age of 18. For participation purposes and results, anyone under the age of 14 (or high school) is considered youth. High school athletes should plan to compete in the adult division at each meet.

Youth Clinic

OPENS 15 MAYThis track & field clinic will teach the basics of track and field and is designed as an introduction to the sport. The clinic is recommended for ages 13 and under and is most appropriate for those new to the sport. There is no age minimum, but if your child is under the age of 5, we do ask that you stay with them throughout the clinic. There will be five stations including: high jump, long jump, sprints, distance running and throws. Youth will be separated into age groups and travel around to the five different stations for approximately 15 minutes of instruction at each station. Certified coaches, officials and teachers will be providing instruction. The clinic is capped at 150 participants. Please bring a water bottle, appropriate attire for running, jumping and throwing and sneakers. Please no sandals or open-toed shoes. We will attempt the clinic rain or shine, unfortunately there is no rain date. -
