Get ready for a fantastic opportunity to make a difference while staying active! The MSD Cares 5K Virtual Run/Walk is set to take place from November 15 to December 9, 2024, in Louisville, Stark. This exciting event invites all MSD employees, their families, and friends to participate in a fun and flexible way to support a great cause. For just $25 (plus a small registration fee), you can choose to walk or run at your own pace, whether that’s outdoors, in a mall, or even on a treadmill.
Participants will have the chance to track their times and submit them via RunSignUp to earn a certificate upon completion. Don’t forget to inspire your coworkers by sharing your running experience—snap some photos and send them in for a chance to be featured in future updates and on social media! All proceeds from this event will go towards supporting wonderful charities, including the Fund for the Arts, Louisville Water Charities, Metro United Way, and Wednesday's Child. Join the movement, make an impact, and let’s run together for a brighter future!

This public event is open to all MSD employees, family, and friends! Registration: $25 (+ $2.50 registration fee) per participant.
Walk any time between November 18 and December 9. You can complete your run or walk outside, in the mall, or even get on the treadmill.
Keep track of your time as you can enter this into RunSignUp to receive a certificate at the end.
