MT Alpha Winter Conditioning

What: Bi-weekly strength and conditioning classes

When: Tuesday Thursday, 6-7pm; January - March....and maybe April if people are still interestedOpen to all MT Alpha 2024 members! Endurance Physio is kindly offering a discount specifically for these classes to our members-- classes are usually $15/session-- Endurance Physio is offering these classes for $12 a session. The classes will focus on women, transgender and non-binary people who are comfortable in a group class that centers the experiences of women.15 people max  Cost: $12/class for MT Alpha Members, paid monthly Option to come once a week or twice weekly (only Tuesday, only Thursday or Tues Thurs).
