The 29th Annual Museum of Aviation Foundation Marathon, Half-Marathon, 5K Run/Walk, and Para Athletes Race will be held at the Museum of Aviation on Saturday, January 18, 2025. The races will be run on Robins Air Force Base next to the Museum of Aviation and are part of the 2025 Run & See Georgia Grand Prix Series. The marathon course is USA Track and Field certified (Boston Marathon qualifier). The half marathon is also USA Track and Field certified. Proceeds from the growing annual event benefit the Museum of Aviation, one of the largest education-focused aviation museums in the country.

Kick-off the new year with a run on a brisk winter morning. Awards are given to the overall top three male and female finishers in each race, the overall top three male and female masters in each race, the top active duty military male and female in the marathon and the top three finishers in age categories.

Registration for in person events will end on Wednesday, January 15th at 5:00 p.m. There will be no walk up registration on Friday January 17th or Saturday, January 18th. Participants who register by December 20th are guaranteed a shirt on race day. Runners registered after this date are not guaranteed a shirt. Marathon and Half Marathon finishers will receive a finishers medal.

A virtual option will be offered for those who want to participate in the 29th annual event but not able to attend the in-person event. Virtual participants will receive a t-shirt and race packet. Marathon and Half Marathon runners will receive a finishers medal. Participants who register by December 20th are guaranteed a t-shirt on race day, Saturday, January 18. Runners registered after December 20th are not guaranteed a t-shirt. Virtual packets can be picked up January 17th between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. at the Museum Century of Flight Hangar. If you wish to have your race packets mailed to you, there will be a postage fee required at the time you register for the race. Please make sure your address is current in your Runsignup account. Because the races are run on Robins Air Force Base, all runners are REQUIRED to show a valid ID when picking up race packets. By providing information required for sign up, you acknowledge and agree to the use of your information for a Criminal Background Check to verify your identity, in accordance with United States Air Force Instruction 31-118, Installation Access and Control, and Robins Air Force Base Instruction 31-101, Installation Defense Plan.
