Athletes can compete in different categories, including the ALL OUT HEATS for those with a pace of 6.6 mph or higher, the PUSH HEAT for mid-range paces, and the BASE HEAT for those looking to enjoy a more relaxed pace, including power walkers. Plus, don’t miss the SPRINT for beginners and the chance to team up with friends in a fun RELAY format!

PACKET PICK-UP: Race day
Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female will be awarded prizes
DRI TRI is an event that will be ran on 9/20/2025. Its a challenging event for participants to push themselves to new heights as they finish the race! Members of all fitness levels are encouraged to compete- as it is a great measure of progress.
ALL OUT HEATS: For athletes with a Base Pace speed of 6.6mph or higher
PUSH HEAT: For athletes with a Base Pace speed between 5.1-6.5mph
BASE HEAT: For athletes with a Base Pace of 5.0mph or below and POWERWALKERS
SPRINT: For beginner athletes- half the distance on the row + run and half the reps
RELAY: You + 2 friends each do a leg of the Full Dri Tri. Each participant must register separately.

Registration includes Dri Tri drip, swag from our sponsors, and raffle tickets into thousands of dollars worth of prizes.
* Entry fees are non-refundable. This means once we have received your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate, or if the event is cancelled because of weather, natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstances.
