Miles of sandy beaches and rolling roads make Ohio the perfect place to take on a Triathlon. The mix of swimming, cycling and running has been booming across the United States over the last decade and is continuing to grow in popularity.

The Buckeye State has a burgeoning triathlon scene but no matter your goal you’ll find the right challenge for you. All distances are on offer; whether it’s a shorter Super Sprint distance, Sprint distance or Olympic triathlon you’re after or a longer 70.3 or ironman/full distance you’re in the right place. You can choose your distance of choice across a diverse range of terrains from the lowlands in the north to the golden beaches of Lake Erie. If it’s a city race you’re after narrow down your search to urban events in Columbus, Cleveland or Cincinnati.

If you’re new to Triathlons, perhaps moving up from a single sport, we recommend taking a look at shorter events like the Portage Lakes State Park triathlon. If it’s something to tick off the bucket list how about taking on a marquee event like ironman 70.3 Ohio?

Whatever your goal, you’ll find the most comprehensive list of Triathlons in Ohio at findarace.
