The NORTHEAST MISSISSIPPI LINE OF DUTY MEMORIAL RACE is a community-focused 5K AND CHALLENGE held in during National Police Week for those who lost their lives in the line of duty. Taking place during a weekend of remembrance, this race provides an opportunity for participants to come together in support, reflection, and unity.
Participants may walk or run the 5K, and a challenge option will also be available for those looking for a more competitive experience. The race is open to runners and walkers of all ages and fitness levels.

The Northeast Mississippi Line of Duty Memorial Race is a community 5K held in honor of those who have lost their lives in the line of duty. Taking place during National Police Week, this race brings together runners, walkers, families, and supporters to remember, reflect, and stand in unity. Participants will run or walk through the heart of Amory, passing memorial displays honoring fallen officers as a powerful reminder of the purpose behind the race. ( 1/4 -Mile Line of Duty Challenge) Want to test your grit in a fun, high-energy way? Be the Badge Challenge is a 1/4 -mile interactive course designed to give participants a small taste of the physical demands officers train for right around Frisco Park. This challenge is about effort, not speed. The Course Participants will complete: 25 Air Squats (buy-in at the start) Run to Corner 1 -> 25 Pushups Run to Corner 2 -> 25 Jumping Jacks Run to Corner 3 -> 10 Burpees Final stretch -> Farmers Carry to the Finish Line Important Details This event is not timed No awards will be given Designed for participation and experience not competition If you register for the 5K Memorial Race, you may participate in this challenge at no additional cost This event is about community, camaraderie, and honoring the strength and resilience of those who serve.
