The race will begin at 9:00 AM at North Forsyth Middle School, where participants will enjoy a fantastic course accompanied by lively music and the chance to snag a coveted Finisher Medal—available to the first 500 registrants! Plus, don’t miss out on the chance to purchase a commemorative NYD 2025 shirt. Awards will be given to the top finishers in various categories, ensuring everyone has a chance to shine. For those who prefer to participate from the comfort of their home, a virtual option is also available, allowing you to join in the fun while receiving your Finisher Medal and swag shipped to you. We're starting 2025 the only way we know how, with a race! After you ring in the New Year, take a nap then come out, and join us and RUN (or walk) into the New Year! We're putting on the #NYD5K or #NYD5K&HALFMARATHON.
We thought it would be appropriate to kiss 2024 goodbye, and are offering the NYD5K and #NYDHALFMARATHON for just $25! We'll have the same great course, music & an awesome Finisher Medal! Make sure you're registered, as we'll only be offering Finisher Medals for the first 500 participants (we ran out last year!). We'll have shirts as an additional purchase for $25.
If you're not ready to be out & about, join us for the virtual 5K, OR virtual Half Marathon & we will ship you your swag (continental US only; lower 48 states)! Virtual participants will receive a Finisher Medal and shot at awards! Purchase your commemorative NYD 2025 shirt for just $25.
