1:45 pm. Join us for the Ballad Health Niswonger Childrens Networks annual Scarecrow Skedaddle & Shindiga festive fall celebration for the whole family! Lace up for the 5K, 1-Miler, or our inclusive Modified Race, all taking place outside the ETSU Mini-Dome. Then head inside for the Shindig, where youll find kid-friendly vendors, games, face painting, treats, photo ops, and more! Costumes are encouraged, smiles are guaranteed, and all ability levels are welcome to join in the fun!
