Challenge yourself, improve your health, and support children in need! Help us reach our goal of $1,000 each for Children's National Hospital, Lifetime Wells International, and St. Ann's Center for Children, Youth & Families.

The CDC recommends 10,000 steps a day to improve health, and studies show the average American walks 3,000-4,000 steps daily. Every extra step you take not only boosts your health but also supports childrens well-being.

Rally Friends, Family, or Co-workers: When you register, youll receive your confirmation with a referral link. Once 5 or more people sign up, you are refunded $10 off your registration! Make a real impactfor your health and for children in need.

With your doctor's approval, every step countswhether its walking, running, biking, wheelchair miles, skating, playing sports, or even dancing at home! Track your steps and note your workouts with your phone or GPS watch, and convert them to miles. Log your miles daily or weekly, and watch how fast you hit 100 or even 1000 miles!     This challenge recognizes the 10,000 steps per day that the CDC recommends for preventing chronic disease. At this average of 5 miles per day, you will have stepped 1,825 miles by December 31st! Consider all of your walking, running steps, including miles from your bike rides, golf rounds, sporting events, family hikes, pickle ball. It all adds up on your daily tracker (your watch, phone, or other device) Gather a group, challenge each other.
