This 5K course offers a scenic and enjoyable route throughout the State Park suitable for runners and walkers. The race will start at he main lodge and follow the road down towards our River Run campground for plenty of room for a smooth start. The course continues to our recreation area where you will have views of our beautiful Hughes River. There will be a water station at the halfway turnaround point for participants to hydrate before continuing the race. The course continues back along the same road with two inclines making this a very fun challenge for runners. The race finishes back at the lodge where spectators can cheer on their favorite racers. The route will be well marked and have staff at intersections
