Join us for KENNER'S OLE MAN RIVER FALL TRAINING CLINIC presented by NOTC. We encourage runners and walkers of all ages, abilities, and experience levels to participate. The sessions will be led by NOTC board members, who are certified coaches with the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA). Additionally, our Saturday training sessions will feature guest speakers who will offer our participants specialized knowledge in their respected fields.

The training program will run for 12 weeks, starting Saturday, September 21st, and concluding the week of Ole Man River race on December 14, 2024. The training will cover both the 5K and 10K distances. All registered participants will receive a NOTC running singlet.

We will not have a half marathon training session but will provide a training guide. NOTC members will receive a $10 discount on the registration fee and all registered Fall Clinic participants will receive a discounted race entry into Kenner's Ole Man River.

Group trainings will be held twice per week on Wednesday and Saturday:

A training plan will be provided to all participants which will require separate workouts from the two weekly group trainings. Training locations may vary due to seasonal events. An email will be sent out prior to the training session notifying the group of the location change.

The NOTC Fall Running and Walking Clinic is open to all runners and walkers, NOTC members and nonmembers alike. This clinic is designed to keep people active and engaged in events that promote fitness and social enjoyment.
