Organiser's Description

Each year, Lydias House of Hope hosts a 5K run/walk to raise funds for their mission, providing essential support through their transitional housing program for homeless women and children. This year, the Lighthouse Credit Union Foundation is proud to partner with Lydias House of Hope, joining efforts to support this meaningful cause.

REGISTRATION FEE: Everyone: $30



RACE START TIME: Race begins at 9am



NOTES:

* There will be water stationed along the route and the race will be professionally timed and announced.
* After the walk/run, enjoy awesome post-race activities and refreshments!!
* LEASHED DOGS WELCOMED!

ABOUT LYDIAS HOUSE OF HOPE:

Lydia's House of Hope [https://lydiashousenh.org/] is a yearlong transitional living program for women and children who have experienced homelessness, poverty, domestic violence, substance misuse, and unimaginable traumas. Our highly structured faith-based program provides families with case management, nurse advocacy, occupational therapy, mental health and substance use counseling, trauma therapy, and over 50 cycling life skills classes including parenting, finance, work readiness, nutrition, time management, and so much more!

Spanning Maine and New Hampshire, this series will partner with non-profit organizations to host impactful 5K events, advancing our mission to enrich and nourish our community.



DISCLAIMER: 100% OF YOUR RACE FEE WILL GO TO THE NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION AND THERE WILL BE A 50/50 SPLIT ON ALL FUNDRAISING PROCEEDS BETWEEN THE NONPROFIT AND LIGHTHOUSE CREDIT UNION FOUNDATION.
