As part of a collaborative effort with the Health Foundation of South Florida's PathWell Program, this event seeks to raise vital funds to address pressing health issues such as maternal mortality, hypertension, diabetes, and food insecurity affecting underserved communities. Additionally, youth aged 11-18 will have the opportunity to engage in interactive educational programs sponsored by Florida Blue. This year we partnered with the Health Foundation of South Florida (HSF) PathWell Program to raise funds to support health equity programs in South Florida. Maternal mortality, hypertension, diabetes, and food insecurity continue to significantly impact underserved communities in South Florida and HSF-PathWell has implemented several interventions to help reduce these disparities. Help us raise awareness and support our work by participating in this event.
