The Ocean Key Triathlon also offers a Sprint Duathlon and an International Aquabike, catering to a wide range of athletes. Competitors will swim in the refreshing Atlantic Ocean, bike over the iconic Miami causeway with breathtaking views of the skyline, and run through the serene Crandon Park. Spectators will have plenty of opportunities to cheer on their favorites as they navigate the scenic course and cross the finish line to the sound of music and applause. Athletes will converge on Miamis Key Biscayne for a Premier Multisport experience, the OCEAN KEY TRIATHLON! Proudly brought to you by Integrity Multisporttrade mark. When you race, be sure that you Race with Integritytrade mark.
Athletes will enjoy a salt water swim in full view of spectators parallel to Miamis Famous Key Biscayne. The Bike Course crosses over Miamis famous causeway with scenic views of Miamis skyline. The International distance athletes will have 2 opportunities to traverse this beautiful course, while the sprint distance will do so once.
The run consists of a scenic 5K route through Miamis Crandon Park. The sprint athletes will complete 1 lap, while the International distance runners will complete two laps. Spectators will have plenty of opportunity to cheer on athletes as they run down the final finishing chute.
Friends, family & music welcome the athletes through the finish line.

With the warm waters of the Atlantic Ocean, scenic bike through Miami, and a flat run, athletes will have a chance to test their limits and make new PRs on this beautiful course.
