Those who would like to be considered for entry to the fast section of the Master's 200m Dash should input a predicted race time. The six fastest seed times for men and women will constitute the "Men's Master's 200m Dash" and "Women's Master's 200m Dash". All other masters runners will be distributed to mixed gender "Community" heats according to their seed time. -

CLOSEDDistance Medley Relay consists of four legs: 1200m, 800m, 400m, Mile. The first member to register must create a DMR team (which is separate from Club ) and pays the full cost of the relay. The remaining three relay members can then join that team.
