Old Hickory Lake Sprint Triathlon

Join us for the Old Hickory Lake Sprint Triathlon on June 17, 2023. Presented by the Hendersonville Endurance Athletic Team (HEAT). The race will benefit the Salvus Center of Sumner County. Our race will feature a 400 meter rolling start swim in Old Hickory Lake, a 20k out-and-back bike course on a closed highway, and a two loop 5k run course in the park. The course will be beginner friendly, but still challenge the seasoned triathlete. The event will take place at Rockland Recreation Area. Bring the family, as the park is very family friendly. Parking can be limited, so please ride share, or ride with your athlete on race day.
