Set your fitness goals and aim for one of the achievement tiers: Bronze (1 hour), Silver (2 hours), Gold (3 hours), or Diamond (4 hours) per week. This challenge is perfect for families, friends, and community members to come together and encourage each other on their fitness journeys. From July 4th through Labor Day, participants will log the amount of time each selected activity is performed, from a large list of activities available, via a Submit Activity web page -- biking, walking, running, tennis, swimming, and more. The goals are to enhance physical fitness, build community spirit, have fun, and support the youth of Coronado. HOURS-PER-WEEK TARGETS ARE: BRONZE: 1 HR; SILVER: 2 HR; GOLD: 3 HR; DIAMOND: 4 HR.
