RUN ONLY DIVISION (5K Road Race)
PADDLE ONLY DIVISION
BIATHLON - PADDLE BOARD ONLY DIVISION (Paddle a 14 & Under + 5K Run)
BIATHLON - KAYAK/CANOE/OC/SURF SKI/ETC DIVISION (Paddle anything that will float + 5K Run)
RELAY TEAM DIVISION - One Paddler + One Runner
Awards for Top 3 Men and Women in each Division and Top 3 Relay Teams
REGISTRATION INCLUDES: Super Soft - Triblend Tee, Pint Glass, Post Race Party and a Morning of Fun Supporting Make a Wish Eastern NC Because of our generous sponsors and participants we were able to donate $18,000 to Make A Wish Eastern NC in 2023.
