Join us on Memorial Day, May 25th, 2026, for the Owensboro Memorial Day Run to Remember in beautiful Owensboro, Daviess! This uplifting event honors the brave men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom while serving in the armed forces. Participants can choose to take part in the spirited 5K run or the Memorial Walk, with registration priced at just $30, which includes a commemorative T-shirt.
The day kicks off at 7:00 AM with registration, followed by a pre-race warm-up at 7:45 AM and opening ceremonies at 8:00 AM. Runners will take off at 8:30 AM, while walkers and veterans will proudly carry the American flag down Veterans Blvd. Don’t miss the Kids Fun Run for Little Warriors at 9:30 AM, designed for ages 10 and under, with participation medals for all. This event is not only a fantastic way to get active and engaged, but also supports the Brandon Scott Mullins Memorial Foundation and Veterans Empowered Together. Come out to celebrate, remember, and honor those who served!
