What began as a space for women and femmes to show up as they are has grown into a citywide collective for inclusive fitness experiences that honor both the body and the land we move throughA PRACTICE AS OLD AS THE TRAILS THEMSELVES. Babes of Wellness believes that movement is not about performance, it's about connection, consistency, and reclaiming wellness as something communal and accessible.
