Registration begins at 8:00 AM, and every participant will receive a special Paula’s Path t-shirt and MBC ribbon pin, thanks to our generous sponsors.
Every year, over 230,000 Americans are diagnosed with breast cancer, with 6-10% facing the challenges of metastatic stages. Paula Grant, a beloved mother, friend, and local business owner, bravely battled this disease, inspiring our community to come together in her honor. The Paula's Path 5K Walk is not just a fundraising event; it’s a heartfelt gathering of hope, support, and love, bringing people together to make a difference. Cape Cod Formals proudly presents the Third Annual Paulas Path 5K Walk. The goal of this walk is to raise MBC awareness and funds for a family in financial medical need. The walk will take place on Sunday, October 5th 9:00am-12:00pm at Sam Michael's Park located in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. Registration will start at 8:00 am. Thanks to our gracious sponsors, each participant will receive a Paulas Path t-shirt and MBC ribbon pin.
Each year 230,000 Americans are diagnosed with breast cancer. Six to ten percent of these diagnoses are metastatic, or stage 4. Paula Grant fell into the six- ten percent. A mother, friend, local business owner, and so much more would receive that life changing news in the summer of 2018. The 18-month long battle would begin. Time was precious. Memories were made. Love was shared. We miss and remember Paula every day. The Paulas Path 5K Walk will raise awareness, bring the community together, and most importantly support those in need.
This walk relies on the enthusiasm and dedication from individuals, volunteers, and sponsors. Any donation amount will have a meaningful impact on the lives affected by metastatic breast cancer. I hope that you can join us as we walk Paulas Path!
