This exciting event, benefitting Bluegrass Bully Rescue, kicks off at 8:30 AM at the scenic White Hall Park, just 12 minutes from Hamburg/Lexington. With a fantastic paved course, participants can enjoy a delightful run or walk while being accompanied by their furry friends on fixed leashes.
The day begins with packet pick-up and registration starting at 7:00 AM, followed by a special Kids Dash around the pond at 8:00 AM. Runners will have the chance to compete for awards in various age categories and even for the top canine finisher! Plus, all participants will receive a limited commemorative T-shirt and every kid will take home a surprise. Join us for a memorable day that not only promotes health and fitness but also supports a wonderful cause, as 100% of the proceeds go to help rescue and rehabilitate dogs in need. Join us for the Paws to the Pavement 5K Run/Walk benefitting Bluegrass Bully Rescue.
The race will take place on Saturday, April 18, 2026 at 8:30 am (time subject to change) at White Hall park in Richmond KY. (12 minutes from Hamburg/Lexington)
Race will begin at 8:30 am with packet pick up and registration starting at 7:00 am.
We will be having a kids dash that will go around the pond starting at 8:00

Dogs allowed and welcome! - on fixed leash, no extendable leashes will be allowed.

We will have awards for the Top 1 M/F Overall Finishers and Top 3 M/F Finishers in the following Age Groups: 13 and under, 14-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
We will also have awards for the top canine finisher. They deserve some recognition too!
All the Kids Dash participants will receive something (to be determined smiling face)

Bluegrass Bully Rescue, INC is a non-profit, volunteer dog rescue organization serving the Central Kentucky area. They save dogs from shelters and take in owner surrenders and get them into foster homes. Dogs receive all the vetting they could need. When theyre adopted, the dogs/puppies are fully vaccinated, microchipped and spayed/neutered.
