Its the ultimate holiday showdown Bananas vs. Santas!
(This is a untimed 5k) Run 5k, walk a mile, just hang out and play or watch the games or eat. The $$ from registration is for hiring a road crossing guard to anyone hitting the bridge.
COSTUME PICKUP! (The week leading up to the event, costumes will be available for pickup at Fleet Feet located 236 w garden st. Downtown Pensacola. Advised against, however we will have them morning of the event!)
Come dressed in your best banana gear or Santa costume for a fun run/walk/social thats all about festive fun, friendly rivalry, and community spirit.
Whether you sprint, jog, walk, or strut, youre part of the fun!
All fitness levels are welcome.
The small fee helps pay for crossing guards and more, untimed, family-friendly event. Costumes encouraged!
This year we are planning to have a cross guard to allow bridge access from our parking area.
Special Kickoff: Gallery Night Street Takeover!
Join us Friday night, December 19, at Pensacola Gallery Night for a special pre-run social gathering!
Well meet up and take to the streets together decked out in our bananas and Santa suits!

This is a self-timed run/walk. To the main section of bridge it is 3.7 miles out and back will be 5k. Santa & Banana costumes available at Fleet Feet while supplies last. Crazy fun games will be played once the majority of everyone get back from 3 mile bridge run/walk. Photos with props, friends, banana themed adult drinks and food at South Market.
