1. DO I HAVE TO WEAR AN INFLATABLE COSTUME TO PARTICIPATE?
Nope! While we highly encourage inflatable costumes (because, lets be honest, theyre hilarious and make this event unforgettable), its not required. If you prefer to walk in regular clothes or wear something comfy and festive, go for it!
2. IS THIS A TIMED RACE?
Not at all! The INFLATA-Mile is all about fun, not finish lines. This is an untimed, one-mile walk where you go at your own pacefast, slow, or somewhere in between.
3. CAN I BRING MY KIDS?
Absolutely! This is a family fun walk, and we welcome walkers of all ages. We even have youth-sized T-shirts available if you register by April 30th!
4. IS THE COURSE ACCESSIBLE FOR WHEELCHAIRS AND STROLLERS?
Yes! The course is wheelchair- and stroller-friendly. It takes place on a paved walkway with grass on either side, offering a smooth path for wheels and extra space if you need it. We believe fitness and fun should be for everyone, and were excited to welcome participants of all abilitiesincluding those who roll, stroll, or walk!
5. WILL THERE BE WATER STOPS ALONG THE ROUTE?
Because it's a short, 1-mile walk, there wont be official water stops along the waybut feel free to bring a water bottle! And once you cross the finish, you can rehydrate (or grab a celebratory drink!) at Sonder Brewing!
6. WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
We walk rain or shine! So grab a poncho or rock your inflatable rain gearwhatever happens, the fun doesnt stop!
7. *WILL THERE BE T-SHIRTS AT THE EVENT TO BUY?
Nope! Event T-shirts are guaranteed to participants who register before April 30th. We won't be selling extras on-site, so make sure to register early if you want one!
8. CAN I WALK WITH MY DOG?
We love furry friends, but please check with Sonder Brewery and local event guidelines first. If dogs are allowed, they must be leashed, well-behaved, and comfortable around large crowdsand especially around inflatable costumes.
This event will feature participants in all kinds of fun, oversized inflatables, which can startle dogs who arent familiar with them. If your pup is easily spooked or reactive, we kindly recommend leaving them at homefor their safety and the safety of others.
PLEASE NOTE: PEP FIT and Sonder Brewing are not responsible for any incidents involving your pet. By bringing your dog, you acknowledge full responsibility for their behavior and safety during the event.
