Get ready to lace up your running shoes for the PHI BETA SIGMA FRATERNITY INC, THETA DELTA SIGMA CHAPTER MENTAL HEALTH 5K RUN/WALK on Saturday, May 17, 2025, in Killeen, Bell! This exciting annual event is dedicated to raising mental health awareness and wellness while supporting a great cause. Participants can choose to run or walk the 5K distance, all while helping to fund scholarships for high school students heading to college and supporting the National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI).
Join fellow community members for a fun-filled day that promotes both physical fitness and mental health advocacy. The first 75 registrants will receive exclusive T-shirts, and there are fantastic prizes for top finishers! First place male and female runners will each take home a $100 VISA cash card and a medal, while walkers in the same categories will receive a $50 VISA cash card and a medal. Medals will also be awarded to the 2nd and 3rd place runners and walkers in both categories. Join us at our Annual 5K Run/Walk for Mental Health Awareness and Wellness! We are raising funds to support our scholarship fund as well as the National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI). This fundraiser will help provide scholarships to High School students that will be attending college. It also provides funds in support of NAMI which provides advocacy, education, support and public awareness so all individuals and families affected by mental illness can build better lives. The first 75 registrations are guaranteed T-Shirts. The following are the prizes:
