This annual event aims to promote Mental Health Awareness and Wellness while raising vital funds for scholarships and the National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI). Participants can choose to run or walk the 5K course, all while supporting a meaningful cause that helps high school students pursue their college dreams and spreads awareness about mental health.
Be among the first 100 registrants to secure a t-shirt and get ready for an afternoon of fun, fitness, and community spirit! Exciting prizes await, including $100 VISA cash cards and medals for the top male and female runners, along with awards for walkers and additional medals for 2nd and 3rd place finishers. Join us at our Annual 5K Run/Walk for Mental Health Awareness and Wellness! We are raising funds to support our scholarship fund as well as the National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI). This fundraiser will help provide scholarships to High School students that will be attending college. It also provides funds in support of NAMI which provides advocacy, education, support and public awareness so all individuals and families affected by mental illness can build better lives. The first 100 registrations are guaranteed T-Shirts. The following are the prizes:
1st place male and female runners will receive a $100 VISA cash card & Medal
1st place male and female walkers will receive a $50 VISA cash card & Medal
2nd & 3rd place runners male or female will receive a Medal
2nd & 3rd place walkers male or female will receive a Medal
Awards ceremony will be conducted immediately after the race.
