Get ready for an exciting day of running at the Pirate 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon on Saturday, November 2, 2024! Set against the picturesque backdrop of Holston River Park in Knoxville, TN, this event promises fun for runners of all levels. The races kick off at 9:00 AM, with packet pickup starting 30 minutes prior, so be sure to arrive early!
Participants can choose from three thrilling distances: a 5K, a 10K, or a Half Marathon. The 5K and 10K courses are out-and-back routes, with the 5K completing the course twice and the 10K four times, both with a time limit of 2 hours. For those tackling the Half Marathon, prepare for a challenge with six laps of the scenic course, all to be completed within 3 hours and 30 minutes. Every finisher will receive a themed medal, and there’s even a fun costume contest to show off your creative side! Join us for a memorable day of community, camaraderie, and celebration of running!
