Participants in the 5K will receive a custom Fire Burst medal, and those who register by May 31st are guaranteed their preferred T-shirt size. After the race, fuel up with a delicious pancake and sausage breakfast available for just $10 a plate, and kids aged 4 and under eat free! Plus, all proceeds support the Pleasant Lake Area Homeowners Association Fireworks fund, helping to ensure a spectacular fireworks display scheduled for July 3rd. The Fire Burst 5K is a scenic course that begins and ends in Lion's Park on Lake Road (Pleasant Lake) Rockville, MN. The course starts along Pleasant Lake on Lake Road, loops through neighborhoods and finishes with a fast downhill and flat last mile. (Note: This event is not chipped timed.)
Kids fun run course is on the Park trail completely within Lion's Park. Custom Fire Burst medal for each participant.
T-Shirt size is guaranteed for 5K participants if registered by May 31st.
