Get ready for an exhilarating day at the Point O' Woods Beach 5K Run/Walk, taking place on Saturday, July 5th, 2025, at 9 AM in beautiful Old Lyme, Connecticut. This vibrant event, set along the picturesque Lower Connecticut River Valley, invites both seasoned runners and casual walkers to join in the fun while supporting the Point O' Woods Recreation Department. With a registration fee of just $25, participants will receive a stylish tee shirt, but be sure to register by June 10th to guarantee your preferred size!
