Join us for the uplifting "Power Up for Purple" event on Sunday, August 17th, 2025, at the beautiful Green Bay Botanical Gardens in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This engaging walk for gynecologic cancer awareness invites participants to meander through stunning gardens at their own pace, discovering the serene Kress Oval Garden, the charming Rose Cottage, and the elegant Mabel Thome Fountain along the way. After your stroll, enjoy light refreshments, live music, and an awards ceremony at the Mabel Thome Patio, where we'll also celebrate survivors with a special photo opportunity.
Registration is open now, with early bird pricing starting at just $25 until May 31st, making it an affordable way to support the Connie Rutledge Legacy Fund and empower gynecological cancer survivors and their families throughout Wisconsin. GATHER AT THE GARDENS FOR POWER UP FOR PURPLE: A WALK FOR GYNECOLOGIC CANCER AWARENESS. Explore the Green Bay Botanical Gardens. This event is done at your own pace- make your way to the Kress Oval Garden stopping at the Rose Cottage, and Mabel Thome Fountain along the way. Find your way back to the Mabel Thome Patio for light refreshments, music, awards ceremony and the survivor photo. Registration includes admission to the Green Bay Botanical Gardens for the day. This event supports the Connie Rutledge Legacy Fund and gynecological cancer survivors and their families throughout Wisconsin.

$25 - Early Bird April 1st through May 31st
$30 - June 1st through July 31st
$35 - August 1st through August 11th
TEAM INFORMATION: Teams are a great way to gather your friends and family! Teams are made up of 10 or more people. To get your team started click the Group/Teams button on the side menu bar!! Each Individual on a team will receive $5 OFF OF THEIR REGISTRATION once they register 10 participants! Participants must register before July 31st to receive discounted pricing.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY T-SHIRT?
If you chose the option to have your t-shirt shipped, we will begin mailing shirts at the beginning of August. Or pickup it up the morning of the event.

New this year we are offering a number of Pledge Incentives. Please note, you must create a fundraiser page to qualify for these incentives. RULES: Strollers and wheelchairs welcome. Paved paths are wheelchair accessible.
AWARD CATEGORIES: Awards will be given to the top pledge raisers and to the team captain with the largest team!

9:15am - 10 Check-in & Day of Registration on the first level, light breakfast and refreshments. Visit our Expo Center.

10:00am-11 Explore the Gardens- Garden Maps available at registration, scavenger hunt
11 Join us in the downstairs classroom for post walk snacks. Shop WOCA merchandise and build your own swag bag.
