Organiser's Description
It's simple ... predict your one-mile pace and then run that mile (4 laps) on the track WITHOUT your tech (phone, watch, etc.). How close to your predicted time will you be? We will time you - results will be posted in order of the difference between your prediction and actual (across all waves)
This will be a no-frills event, but we will have water and snacks. Consider this a donation - everything is going to the American Cancer Society. Race will take place rain or shine. No refunds.
