Held right before the start of the Promise 5K at Robbins Island Regional Park, the Bensky Kids Fun Run is a special event honoring the life of Bensky. Bensky spent much of his life at Children of the Promise and he impacted the lives of many around him. Although he was unable to walk, he lived a life full of movement, joy, and impact. After Bensky's passing in 2021, we wanted to create a meaningful way to celebrate the legacy he left behind. This fun run is a reminder that every life has value, purpose, and the ability to make a difference. We can't wait to see kids running, laughing, and celebrating in honor of a boy who inspired so many. blue heart -
