Queen City Trailblazers is an opportunity for elementary aged kids (K-5th) to explore the basics of trail running! Our team of coaches will lead your young runner through trail etiquette, proper running form and technique (suitable for trail running) and expose them to a lifelong sport that they can enjoy by themselves and with friends/family. Trailblazers is a 4 week program, however, your runner does not need to sign up for all 4 practices. For example, if you want to sign up for just the first practice, you can do that. Or you can sign up for 2 of the 4 practices, 3 of the 4 practices or 4 of the 4 practices. Please note, that this program is a first come basis and we have 15 spots reserved for each practice. This is to ensure the following: safety for all participants, proper coach to athlete ratio, and ease up on congestion in the trails.

The schedule for practices will be the following:

SEPTEMBER 23RD: Tourist Park Campground Trailhead, 2145 Sugar Loaf Ave, Marquette, MI, 49855. From 4:45pm-5:30pm

SEPTEMBER 30TH: Fitstrip, 898 W Ridge St. From 4:45pm-5:30pm

OCTOBER 7TH: Tourist Park Campground Trailhead, 2145 Sugar Loaf Ave, Marquette, MI, 49855. From 4:45pm-5:30pm

OCTOBER 14TH: Fitstrip, 898 W Ridge St. From 4:45pm-5:30pm
