Join us for CASBHCs Race for YOUR Mental Health 5K, featuring a Kids' Fun Run and a Health Fair with local exhibitors and activities for all ages. Registration begins at 7:45 a.m., and the kids' Fun Run begins at 8:30 a.m. Following the Kids' Fun Run, the 5K run/walk will begin at 9 a.m., along with the Health Fair and all of the family-friendly activities.

This is a fun, beautiful, and challenging course that will take you through Hubbard Park on a paved trail. You'll pass by a scenic lake on your way up the hill to Castle Craig; however, do not worry, we are not going all the way to the top. This is a great race to get your timing down and start your running season! -
5K Race for YOUR Mental Health Kids' Fun Run and Health Fair

We don't want the kids to feel left out; therefore, we have created a Kids' Fun Run where they will be joined by a Marvel superhero. Pictures are welcome, and all participants will receive medals. Following the fun run, kids and family members can visit our Health Fair and join in on the fun family activities and eat at the food truck.
