To participate, simply register online, complete your 5K at a time that suits you, and submit your results by the end of September 30th. Register for the race: enter racer information, pay the entry fee - along with selecting your t-shirt size (if desired) & sign the waver.
RUN YOUR VIRTUAL 5K:

* b. Track distance and time on your phone or watch.
* c. Return to the website to enter your results.
* d. Enter your results.
Instructions for entering your race results:
Return to the race webpage.
Click the results tab in the upper right corner. Look for the line at the top of the page that says: Post virtual race results here! This race has virtual events. If you completed a virtual event, submit your results here.
Click the submit virtual results button on the top right of the page. You will be redirected to a new search page.
Search/Look up your registration by entering your name or your email address.
Under the event column: click submit virtual results column.
Enter Results: Enter your time manually in hours, minutes, and seconds.
Click Submit your time. You will be redirected to a page stating: Your activity has been saved. Your results have been posted.
Click back to results. You can print your race certificate using the Print button in the top right corner.
In the top right corner you can click Back to Results X to navigate back to see how your time compares.

This is for the virtual component of our FPT-PAC 5K: Race Through the Decades. Available through September 30th. This option is available for BOTH those ATTENDING and NOT ATTENDING conference in person. In Person: Not available Virtually: This is a great opportunity to get involved at a district level or get family and friends involved together. Pick a location and date: run by yourself or with family and friends and then *record your time on the website.* *If you are not attending in person: please note that T-shirts are unable to be shipped. If you wish, you may arrange for someone attending the conference in person to pick it up for you.
