Join the excitement at the Racing Minds Kids' Run Series this fall, taking place from September 27 to October 18, 2026, at the scenic Cedar Park in Williamson! This vibrant three-week running club is designed for kids aged 2 to 14, emphasizing personal improvement and the joy of running rather than competition. Each Sunday from 4-5 PM, young runners will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of fun race distances, including a 50m Dash for PreK ages 2-3, a 100m Dash for ages 4-5, a 400m (.25 mi) race for Kindergarten to 1st grade, an 800m (.50 mi) for 2nd to 3rd graders, and a challenging 1600m (1 mile) for 4th to 8th graders.
For just $30, participants can register for all three Sundays, which includes a race shirt, bib, and medal! Early registration is encouraged to guarantee your shirt size, and don’t miss out on the chance to win a Dick's gift certificate by picking up your race materials early. The event will take place at Lakeline Park Sports Fields, with an alternative location at Milburn
