Join us for the exhilarating "Rally for Research" on Saturday, April 4th, 2026, hosted by the Harvard Tech and Global Health Initiative in the vibrant community of Jamaica Plain, Suffolk. This spirited 5k run/walk kicks off at 4 PM and is dedicated to raising funds for vital cancer research, benefiting esteemed organizations such as the American Association for Cancer Research, Mass General Cancer Center, and Christophers Haven Boston.
Participants are encouraged to arrive early, with check-in starting at 2:30 PM at the picturesque Jamaican Pond, right by the start/finish area near the boathouse. As the excitement builds, join us for pre-race acknowledgments and a speech at 3:45 PM before the race begins. The celebration continues with an awards ceremony at 4:45 PM, recognizing the incredible efforts of our participants. Whether you want to run, walk, or volunteer, your involvement makes a difference in the fight against cancer. If you can't attend in person, consider donating to our beneficiaries to support their mission of advancing cancer research and improving patient experiences. Together, we can make strides toward a healthier future!

On SATURDAY, APRIL 4TH AT 4 PM, the Harvard Tech and Global Health Initiative is hosting a 5k for participants to run/walk in support of cancer research! The funds raised from participants entries and donations go directly towards the American Association for Cancer Research, Mass General Cancer Center, and Christophers Haven Boston.
SCHEDULE:
2:30 PM - Participants should begin checking in for their bibs. Check in is located at Jamaican Pond by the start/finish area near the boathouse.
3:45 PM - Final Call for Check in, Pre-Race Acknowledgements and Address Speech
4 PM - Race Start!
4:45 PM- Awards Ceremony!
