This uplifting event celebrates National Recovery Month and invites participants of all skill levels to join in a fun run, walk, or hike through the scenic trails of Illahee Preserve in East Bremerton. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a first-time 5K walker, this gathering unites everyone in a shared commitment to recovery and community spirit.
Last year, we had 100 enthusiastic participants, and we're excited to see that number grow! All participants will receive fantastic event swag, a custom finisher's medallion, and a delightful treat of coffee and donuts at the finish line. Best of all, proceeds from the event support the Salish Recovery Coalition, which is dedicated to fostering recovery in our community. Join us for a day filled with meaningful moments, inspiring stories, and a sense of hope shared among friends old and new!

Join us for our 4th Annual Recovery 5K - a fun run, walk, and hike through the beautiful trails of Illahee Preserve in East Bremerton.
This event brings together everyone - from local college athletes to first-time 5k walkers - all united by a shared commitment to recovery and community. Last year 100 participants took to the trails and we're growing every year.
Everyone gets event swag, a custom finisher's medallion & coffee and donuts at the end!
All proceeds support the Salish Recovery Coalition, whose mission is supporting all roads to recovery.
Meaningful moments have happened out on those trails - stories of recovery, connection, and hope exchanged at every step!
