Dont get spooked by limited parking! Spaces near the start/finish area will go fast, so plan ahead. Arrive early, carpool with your crew, or use rideshare to make sure youre ready to roll into your pace group on time.
At the RecovHER & RestoreHIM Halloween 5K Run/Walk, were making sure theres a pace for everyone. Whether youre racing toward a new personal best, jogging with friends, or strolling in costume, youll have a group that fits your flow.
RUNNERS (79 min/mile | 2228 mins finish): For experienced runners ready to push the pace.
JOG/RUN-WALK (1013 min/mile | 3140 mins finish): Great for casual runners, first-timers, or those mixing light jogging with walk breaks.
WALKERS (1518+ min/mile | 4656 mins finish): A relaxed option for those walking the course, enjoying the community, and soaking up the Halloween vibes.
