Join us for the 17th annual Ride the Plains on Saturday, April 25, 2026, in the beautiful Strawberry Plains, Jefferson. This exciting event offers cyclists of all skill levels a chance to experience the stunning landscapes of Jefferson County with fully supported ride options of 13, 25, 33, 55, 66, and 80 miles. Starting from the Rush Strong School, participants will enjoy a scenic road tour featuring light traffic and picturesque views, making it a perfect outing for both casual riders and seasoned cyclists.
Don't miss out on the fantastic amenities, including soft cotton shirts for all participants and performance socks for the first 300 registrants. After your ride, treat yourself to a delicious post-ride meal from Buddy's BBQ. With great rest stop support from the faculty of Rush Strong School and event proceeds benefiting their organization, this is an event you won't want to miss! The 17th annual Ride the Plains is a scenic road tour of Jefferson Co, offering 13, 25, 33, 55, 66, and 80 mile fully supported ride options, all starting from Rush Strong School in Strawberry Plains. Super light traffic and beautiful scenery highlight this rolling trek through the Plains. All skill level cyclists are welcomelike all Race Day Events rides, RTP is NOT A RACE! Soft cotton shirts guaranteed to all participants. DeFeet performance socks also, guaranteed to the first 300 registrants. The post-ride Buddys BBQ is again the reward at the finish. Great rest stop support provided by the faculty of Rush Strong School, with event proceeds going to that organization. Expected participation--320
