This exciting event features a flat and scenic 4.5-mile run and a 2-mile walk/run, making it perfect for participants of all ages and fitness levels. The 4.5-mile course will take you on a delightful out-and-back journey along a country road, with a refreshing water stop to keep you energized.
As you lace up your sneakers, don’t forget to wear your best red, white, and blue attire to celebrate the holiday spirit! Following the races, indulge in delicious post-race food, including spaghetti with marinara and meat sauce, fresh rolls, salad, and, of course, the famous GOOD COOKIES! Check-in and same-day registration will be open from 6:00 AM to 7:15 AM, so arrive early to secure your spot. Remember, to guarantee a race shirt, register before June 15th. Early bird registration is available from March 9th to May 31st for just $35, with a price increase to $40 from June 1st to July

Organiser's Description
Featuring a 4.5-mile run and a 2-mile walk/run. The courses are flat and take place in town, with the 4.5-mile route venturing out/back on a country road. There will be a water stop on the 4.5-mile route that will be passed twice.
We encourage participants to dress in red, white and blue!
Delicious post-race food and beverages will be served. This year's menu: spaghetti, marina sauce, meat sauce, rolls, salad and - of course - the famous GOOD COOKIES!
CHECK-IN and SAME DAY REGISTRATION is 6:00am-7:15am. PLEASE HAVE EXACT CASH
Shirts can be picked up before the race from 6:00am-7:15am.
