The Rocket Run features a mix of paved and gravel roads, with a primarily flat layout that includes an out-and-back segment and a loop. While there are no restroom facilities at the Old Brick Church, portable restrooms will be provided for your convenience. This event is not only a fantastic way to challenge yourself but also a part of the Huntsville Track Club Grand Prix series. Plus, it's FREE for Huntsville Track Club members! HUNTSVILLE TRACK CLUB PRESENTS THE ANNUAL ROCKET RUN TEN MILER
A flat, fast, certified 10 mile run in the town of Mooresville, AL. State record eligible!
RACE START: 8:00am
COURSE SUPPORT: The course will be marked and the racers will be supported by deputies from Limestone County Sheriff Department.
There will be 2 aid stations with water at approximately mile 3, 6 and 9, the first one will be revisited before the last mile. Mile markers will be present.
COURSE DESCRIPTION: Ten Mile race to be run on certified course (AL14018JD) in Limestone County. Course is on paved and gravel roads and is mostly flat and fast with one out-and-back (2+ miles) and one loop. Race starts and ends in Mooresville.
FACILITIES: There are no rest rooms in the Old Brick Church!!! Portable restroom facilities will be provided.
