Welcome to the Fifth Street Rock Monster (formerly known as Rockland Rad Run). Were throwing a spring awakening at Forever Farm. A slice of private singletrack heaven normally guarded by gates and "No Trespassing" signs. This is the only weekend of the year youre allowed on these trails without a court date.
Its technical, its rugged, and nature will likely try to trip you. But hey, well have a beer waiting at the end.
THE DETAILS (PAY ATTENTION)
THE VIBE: High-energy singletrack, questionable jokes, fly tunes, and fresh food.
THE COURSE: We fixed it. No more confusing "figure 8." Continuous loops. Simpler navigation. Same suffering.
THE DISTANCES: 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, Full Marathon.
THE "TWO-HEADED" RELAY: Teams of three. Two runners on course at the same time. This isn't a solo sufferfest. It's a squad mission. MONEY IS ON THE LINE!

Trail Ultra-Marathon Relay - Team Captains/ Relay Members

7 laps of our course create our Ultra. The course is mainly a singletrack trail through the woods near farmland. The course is mainly a singletrack trail through the woods near farmland. It features rolling, rugged terrain with rocks, roots, and smooth singletrack sections. Fully supported and stocked. Team registration fee: $175 for the first five teams registered. The captain will register the team. Additional team members may register for free by selecting an existing team. $190 for teams registered after 5th team $224 for teams registered after 10th team This will be a multi-lap ultra-marathon relay event. This is a 3-person ultra relay on a 4.5-mile loop. Teams compete in a single Open category and are ranked by the order in which they complete 7 laps, approximately 100km (62 miles). The first team to complete the total distance is declared the winner. Two runners must be on course at all times, rotating in the designated exchange area, and each runner is credited with a full 4.5 miles per lap. This means one lap with two runners counts as 9 miles or 14.6km. All three team members must complete at least 2 laps, allowing one runner to skip a single rotation. The team captain registers first and pays the full team entry fee ($175 for the first 5 teams, $190 for teams 610, and $224 for teams 11+). Additional teammates may join their respective teams later at no additional cost by selecting the existing team. Prizes will be awarded to the top three overall teams. ($250 / $150 / $75).
