The day kicks off with registration opening at 7:30 AM, followed by the 10K race starting at 8:30 AM and the 5K race at 9:00 AM. A trail race safety talk will precede each race to ensure everyone is well-prepared for their adventure. With age divisions for both male and female participants, as well as a non-binary/other category, there’s a place for everyone at Rocky Ledges. Each participant will receive a commemorative medal upon crossing the finish line, making this not just a race, but a memorable experience. SIU Touch of Nature Outdoor Education Center are thrilled to offer the ninth year of the Rocky Ledges 5K/10K Trail Run/Walk. The RL5K/10K takes place on the beautiful trails of the Touch of Nature Outdoor Education Center.
