Get ready for an exhilarating day of competition at the Rocky Mountain State Games - Swim/Run on Sunday, July 12, 2026, in beautiful Colorado Springs, El Paso! This exciting event, in collaboration with Tri Fit Company LLC, invites both adults and youth to showcase their swimming and running talents as part of a USAT Sanctioned Event. Participants will compete in various age categories, ensuring everyone can join in on the fun.
Young athletes aged 5-8 will kick things off with a 100-meter pool swim followed by a ½ mile run on the scenic Santa Fe Trail. For those aged 9-15 years, the challenge increases with a 200-meter swim and a 1-mile run. The older participants, aged 16 and above, will tackle a 750-meter swim leading into a 5K run. Remember, age is determined as of December 31, 2026, so participants can age up but not down. Don’t miss this fantastic opportunity to be part of an inspiring athletic community!

In partnership with Tri Fit Company LLC, The Colorado Springs Sport Corp brings to you swim/run for adults and youth as part of the Rocky Mountain State Games!
This is a USAT Sanctioned Event and all participants will need a USA Triathlon membership - available during registration
RACE DISTANCES
Ages 5-8yrs - 100m pool swim / 1/2 mile run on the Santa Fe Trail
Ages 9-15 yrs - 200m pool swim / 1 mile run on the Santa Fe Trail
Ages 16+ yrs - 750 meters pool swim / 5k run on the Santa Fe Trail.
* Age is based on your age on Dec 31, 2026.
* Participants may age up, but they can not age down.
