Organiser's Description
The Rogue River Triathlon includes a Sprint Distance and a Mini Distance. Both distances begin with a down-river swim in the Rogue River. Next is the run, 3 miles for the Sprint Distance and 1.5 miles for the Mini. The run takes place on a paved Forest Service Road overlooking the beautiful Rogue River. The event ends with the bike ride, 12 miles for the Sprint and 6 miles for the Mini. The bike ride is also on a paved Forest Service Road and boasts views of the Rogue River.
