Join us for the third annual ROTARY CLUB OF PEACHTREE CITY HALF MARATHON & 5K, on JANUARY 17, 2026. The tree lined golf cart paths of our planned community are an ideal setting for runners of all levels and abilities. Greenspace, lakes, and wildlife mark this family friendly, fitness oasis, just a short drive south of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

5k and Half Marathon courses are USATF CERTIFIED and the 5K IS A QUALIFYING EVENT FOR THE 2025 AJC PEACHTREE ROAD RACE.

Your participation will help the Rotary Club of Peachtree City [https://www.peachtreecityrotary.org/] continue making a positive impact and contributing locally and globally to improve lives, eradicate disease, provide essential resources, and increase access to education. We accomplish this through grants to local nonprofits and internationally through the Rotary Foundation [https://www.rotary.org/en/about-rotary/rotary-foundation]. Our Rotary club members provide hands-on service with partner organizations throughout the year, including hosting the Rotary Grand Prix 5k Series [https://ptcrc.com/rotary-grand-prix/], to serve17 local elementary school fundraisers in an effort to promote fitness and reduce childhood obesity.

RACE SHIRTS

Half marathon and 5k participants receive a shirt based on size indicated in their online registration. In-person runners' race shirts may be received during packet pick-up. SIZES NOT GUARANTEED AFTER THANKSGIVING, 2026; SIZE EXCHANGES ON RACE DAY NOT GUARANTEED

RACECOURSE SUPPORT:

* BAG CHECK - runners can check bags pre-race for post-race layers
* HEATED TENT - take the chill off post race in the Expo area
* RESTROOMS Port-o-lets available at Expo/finish area before/after race, and selectively on race course
* WATER STATIONS Water & Gatorade provided at water stations on course
* ENERGY GELS - at select Half Marathon water stations
* LEAD BIKES lead bikers will guide front of race runners in 5k & Half Marathon; courses are supported by stationary and roving marshals
* PACERS - Half Marathon pacers will pace from start for target finish times of (hours:minutes): 1:40, 1:45, 1:50, 1:55, 2:00, 2:05, 2:10, 2:15, 2:20
* MEDICAL EMTs on bikes will be patrolling the course and basic first aid is available at finish area
* FINISH AREA - Water, Gatorade, Fruit, & Snacks (free to runners); also for-sale food & beverages in the Vendor Expo

HALF MARATHON & 5K FINISHER MEDALS

All registered runners who complete the HALF MARATHON & 5K will receive a unique FINISHERS MEDAL immediately after finishing the race.

Award recipients will be announced during the awards ceremony adjacent to finish area. Awards must be claimed during the ceremony and will not be mailed to recipients.

This event will be held rain or shine, warm or cold weather unless event organizers determine in conjunction with local authorities that conditions necessitate cancelation. If cancelation is necessary, NO CREDITS OR REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED. Thank you for contributing to the charitable work of Rotary!
