Get ready for a fantastic community event at the RRC X Sal's Gym Collab on Thursday, March 13th, 2025, in Flint, Genesee! Kicking off at 6 PM, this exciting gathering features a 4-mile group run that takes participants through the scenic miles 3-6 of the Crim course, winding through the vibrant Mott Park neighborhood and up the Bradleys before hitting the beautiful Flint River Trail on the return to Sal's Gym.
For those looking for a unique twist, donβt miss the inaugural "Carbonated Mile"! Participants are challenged to bring four 12oz cans of their favorite fizzy drink. After guzzling down the first can, runners will dash down Bangs St, round the cone, and sprint back, repeating this fun challenge four times. The fastest participant will take home a special award! Join us for an evening of fitness, fun, and community spirit in Flint!

Organiser's Description
Join us on Thursday, March 13th at 6pm from Sal's Gym in Flint. We will have a 4 mile group run option that will have us traveling through miles 3-6 of the Crim course (down Chevrolet, through Mott Park neighborhood and up the Bradleys) before finding our way on the Flint River Trail and heading back towards Sal's Gym. Not a fan of running long? Well we have our first ever "Carbonated Mile"! Participants are asked to bring (4) 12oz cans of their favorite carbonated drink, the individuals will start by drinking their first 12 oz can to completion, run down Bangs St and round the cone before climbing back up Bangs St. (.25 mile). They will repeat this 4X. Person with the fastest time will receive an award.
