Organiser's Description
Fall 2024 Race Class in Cary/ Morrisville.
The class is 16 weeks long and is geared toward helping adults get started running or back into a regular running routine prior to our Half marathon training targeting Nov race. We want to set everyone up for success in marathon / half marathon / 10k training by ensuring everyone has good base mileage going into the fall season. All levels and paces are welcome!
The class will include a detailed daily plan over the 16 weeks, with 3 coached group runs per week, suggested cross-training, suggested strength training workouts, and Saturday group runs.
